Monarch Art Collection
Featured Artist - Norman Sandhaus

Today he continues to work as a professional artist and photographer, a career that began in 1950.
His paintings present a melding of refined pictorial with the beauty and simplicity of fold art that is more poetic than pure realism. He uses softly modulated flat shapes and colors in order to reveal deeper experiences. Art itself becomes the subject of his work through a simplified complexity that unified color, form, space and composition.
His synthesized photographs are the result of his reinterpreting his original photographic images through the fusion of art, science and technology.
His painting and photographs have been exhibited at various Central Florida museums and galleries including:
Casselberry City Hall
Oval Gallery - Orlando
Fly Fish Gallery - Eustace, Florida
Maitland Art Center (Purchase Award)
Orlando Museum of Art Gallery (Month long solo exhibit)
Avlon Gallery, Orlando
Plum Gallery in St. Augustine
Hyder Gallery of Fine Art in Sanford
Seminole State College in Sanford
